平均值使用 AVERAGE 邏輯，標準差採樣本標準差 STDEV.S。Average uses arithmetic mean; standard deviation uses the sample STDEV.S method.
能力計算 Capability
上下限由你自由設定；Cp 反映規格寬度，Cpk 取 Cpu 與 Cpl 的較小值。Cp uses the specification width; Cpk is the lower of Cpu and Cpl.
